Accidentally bought the wrong item from Lidsters on eBay. There was confusion around whether or not I had returned the item for a refund (because I didn't know you had to send it tracked). After some delay, and eBay customer service telling me I had no hope, Lidsters processed my refund. They didn't really have to according to the rule book, but they obviously value their customers and for that reason, I will be back in the future to purchase more supplies for my fishing fanatic friends and family! The item they sent me did also seem like fantastic quality, even if I had ordered totally the wrong thing! Thanks for your human customer service.
