As others have posted "Mike" has a can do attitude which I can't fault his positivity. However apparently he can't deliver on promises. Order was late (9days) I didn't fish for compensation but it was offered. Nearly 6 weeks passed now and no compensation arrived. Pretty poor IMO making an offer and not holding to it.
I always call Mike for advice before buying anything for my R1200GS. A small shop in Wales with a mountain of stock & knowledge. Incredibly helpful with a 'can do' attitude. I've never met the guy, as I live in Yorkshire, but his great service, prices & attitude have me returning again and again. It's always a good thing to support the small, helpful retailer because I still want him to be in business next time. Something that's getting very rare. Thanks to Mike I have never regretted a single purchase, money well spent every time. Long live the small, helpful retailer.
